Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION BY COMPANY:
There may be certain orders that we cannot accept and therefore ,we reserve the right,at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order. We also reserve the right to ask for additional information for accepting orders in certain cases. We will notify you in case your order has been canceled fully or partially or if any additional information is required to accept your order.

Possible reasons for cancellation include, but are not limited to the following:
1. Potentially fraudulent order. Before shipping orders, we run a check to make sure they are legitimate. If the check fails, we may cancel your order.
2. Incorrect pricing. Due to the volatile market for collectible products, sometimes there are major fluctuations in price. Therefore, we reserve the right to remove any item from any order and provide a full refund to the customer for that item.
3. If payment is not received within a reasonable amount of time after the order has been placed, we may cancel an order without notice.
4. If the order is not serviceable by us due to non availability of the product among any of our vendors.
5. If your pin code is not serviced by any of our courier partners .We also reserve the right to cancel any order for invalid address given in order details.
6. If the procurement is taking longer than your delivery time.

In case of products which are Make to order :
We prepare each product specifically for you and cancellation for the customized products will not be eligible .

CANCELLATION BY USER:
You can cancel you order within 24 hours of order placed by mailing us at support@digitalerp.xyz.

The mail should contain :
First name,Last name,order number or transaction id ,contact number and email id. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regard to canceling your order.
In case of request for cancellation,We reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellation for any reason whatsoever. As a part of usual business practice,if cancellation was submitted and your order was already shipped or billed ,we will refund the complete balance minus shipping in accordance with our refund policies. No Cancellation shall be entertained after 24 hours.

Return & Exchange Policy

Please contact us through mail or phone number to discuss any return requests.

We accept returns or exchanges when there is a shipping error or when the order in question has been damaged in transit; all other sales still remain final.Please submit any requests for return to sales@digitalerp.xyz.

Note: Refunds cannot be made in case of any damage of the product received from customer's end/ used by customer.
Returns will be accepted in case of any manufacturing fault of the product .

We can ship products anywhere in India using the shipping methods available on our shipping platforms. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment's destination.

Shipping Charges:Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order and shipping methods selected,excluding applicable taxes.
